Mikaela was super kind and patient when I messaged her and responded pretty quickly! She was kind enough to upload her other designs that I've seen on TikTok for purchase! I had purchased the 'all templates' bundle before I knew the new templates would come up for sale and ended up having to purchase it for an additional price even though the bundle that includes the new designs is the same price as the original bundle I had purchased. I was disappointed, but I didn't want to ask to have those new templates for free as that would have felt rude after I had asked If there would be a listing for just the new templates. Overall, the customer service and template quality is pretty good, but I would recommend buying the bundle with new designs if you want all templates as it's the same price as the original bundle!
